Time to Cook!
Since we're trying to save money and eat healthier, I've been doing a lot more cooking, including trying some new things. Here is a lovely spinach and tomato quiche I made, which ends up being perfect to eat for breakfast during the week.
I also made a pumpkin pie from scratch. Mark had bought some little pumpkins to decorate the house for Halloween. As far as we could tell, they were the right kind for pies. I thought I didn't like pumpkin pie, but it turns out I don't like pumpkin pie that uses the canned pumpkin. Real pumpkin pie tastes pretty good!
