Homemade Strawberry Jam

Some, I had a lot of fun going strawberry picking this summer. I even got Mark to go with me--we brought Niles, so Mark hung out with Niles in the car for half the time, which was fine because the picking was so quick! We went to Rowes U-Pick, which is supposedly the largest strawberry u-pick in Michigan. The first time I went (with Mark) we were there for about a half hour, and we very easily filled a tray. The second time I went with Holly and the picking was slower (we only stayed until we could no longer stand the rain), but I still got enough to make three batches of strawberry jam (12 jars total). I've already tried out the jam, and it is good! :)
