Project Grow

So, my friend Stephanie and I are undertaking a vegetable garden this summer. We rented a plot in a local park (it is called County Farm Park, by the way!) and we went yesterday to get our plot ready. We were warned about plenty of local critters that might want to eat our plants, so we put up a fence from materials left from some of last year's gardeners. Over the weekend we bought Basil, Oregano, Parsley, four types of tomato plants, green pepper, red pepper, and a cayenne pepper. We also have marigold seeds and a herb mix we'll try.
