Quick! It's almost September!

Just wanted to say hello to everyone. Right now I have started work at my new job at a university press. I am learning all the fun-ness of paperwork right now. We are mostly unpacked and missing lots of furniture in the living room (so it is a big mess right now). Since gas has jumped to $3.15 a gallon, I am glad we settled on the apartment complex that is close to the bus I can take to work. I can go to work on the city's dime...or buck (whichever is closer to the actual fare price :). (Where is my electric car when I need it?!?)
I hope the price of gas doesn't make you poor.
